At NARRA, we strive to deliver your skincare products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Orders placed on narraskin.com are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
To ensure order accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions, our team may contact customers via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation cannot be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery timelines vary based on location. Most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional transit time. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor shipment progress in real time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NARRA cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, incorrect contact details, or failure to respond to order confirmation requests.
During periods of high order volume, festivals, public holidays, severe weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended beyond our standard estimates.
NARRA partners with reputable logistics providers to ensure safe transportation of products. However, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, incorrect address details, failure to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier communication, any reshipment will be subject to additional shipping charges. These charges must be paid before the order can be dispatched again.
We currently ship to serviceable locations as determined by our logistics partners. Shipping availability may change without prior notice.
